The NGO named "Mashr" has published a list of casualties in Ingushetia in 2008 and is going to present, till the end of this month, its report on violations of human rights and freedoms in the Republic in 2008. The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed about it by Magomed Mutsolgov, head of the "Mashr".
"Our report will include all the known violations of human rights in the territory of Ingushetia. It will comprise the lists of all killed and kidnapped persons, descriptions of individual cases, and recommendations on how to improve the situation with observance of human rights and freedoms," said Magomed Mutsolgov.
Copies of the report will be disseminated among all local and federal state agencies and law enforcement bodies, Russian and international human rights organizations and mass media, as the human rights activist has promised.
According to the Autonomous NGO "Mashr", in 2008, 212 persons were killed in the territory of Ingushetia.
